As Chief Operating Officer of SUGARCANE, Dana oversees the operational efficiency of the Las Vegas location for SUGARCANE. She supervises every aspect of the restaurants' customer-facing dining experience as well as backend systems, including profit and loss reports, recruitment and human resources, menu planning and marketing, food safety regulations, and much more.
Dana was directly involved in the floor-to-ceiling buildouts of both SUGARCANE Miami (open 15 years) and SUGARCANE Las Vegas (open 9 years). She also opened SUSHISAMBA Miami Beach, one of the most successful restaurants in Miami for nearly two decades and part of the globally respected SUSHISAMBA restaurant brand.
