As Chief Operating Officer of SUGARCANE raw bar grill, Dana oversees the operational efficiency of both the Miami and Las Vegas locations for SUGARCANE raw bar grill. She supervises every aspect of the restaurants' customer-facing dining experience as well as backend systems, including profit and loss reports, recruitment and human resources, menu planning and marketing, food safety regulations, and much more.
Dana was directly involved in the floor-to-ceiling buildouts of both SUGARCANE raw bar grill Miami (open 11 years) and SUGARCANE raw bar grill Las Vegas (open 5 years). She also opened SUSHISAMBA Miami Beach, one of the most successful restaurants in Miami for nearly two decades and part of the globally respected SUSHISAMBA restaurant brand.
